Amoeba 1930 Contact Resistance Tester

A simple and complete test solution for analog and digital semiconductors (up to 16 I/Os). Amoeba's design strives for the following features:-

Amoeba only uses USB 2.0 connection. In fact, there are only 3 types of cable connection to Amoeba - power cord, USB cable to PC/laptop and tester channels.

Navigatus 5000 Series

Navigatus 5100 Digital Tester is a purpose-built tester by Aemulus. Designed with optimized features and cost-effective test solutions for digital and mixed-signal semiconductors. The tester comes with the following basic configuration:-

  • Navigatus Backplane
  • Precise Measurement Unit (PMU), 4 channels
  • Dynamic Digital Port (DDP), 32 channels
